UXL Sports and Fitness is proud to announce the establishment of the
"FUTURE STARS" Athlete Training Club.
It has been a long-term goal of the management of UXL Sports and Fitness to establish a year-round program that will allow young athletes the opportunity to workout at our Fitness Center under the guidance of qualified fitness instructors on a on-going basis similar to our immensely popular and highly successful
ELITE 100 Club Summer Training Program.
WHAT IS IT?
The
"FUTURE STARS" Athlete Training Club offers five supervised 1.5 hour group training sessions a week (7.5 total hours) that are designed to help each middle school or high school age participant get closer to their full athletic potential. The program will include sessions in
Strength Training, Core Strength Development, Plyometrics, Cardio Fitness and Flexibility. Workouts can and will be personalized to meet the demands of your particular sport or your particular fitness goals.
And as an added bonus until March 27th, participants will have the option to attend our Saturday Afternoon
Manny Economos "Speed and Agility" Classes as part of the club program, giving you a total of 8.5 hours of available training time.
No matter what sport you play, active participation (3x a week or more) in this program will give you an opportunity to gain a distinct athletic advantage over your competition.

CLASS SCHEDULE
START DATE: Anytime!
DAYS AND TIMES:
Mondays- 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Tuesdays- 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Wednesdays- 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM
Thursdays- 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturdays- 9 AM to 10:30 AM
AND
Saturdays- 4 to 4:50 PM (Speed and Agility) available as part of the program until Mar. 27th.
FEATURED INSTRUCTORS
NICK SKOCZEN a 4 year staff member at UXL, is a recent graduate (2008) of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science Nick has taken charge of all of UXL's sports athletic training programs and is a very popular trainer with both individual clients and teams that train at UXL.
BRAD DOWNS joined UXL'S sports training staff in the spring of 2009 and has quickly gained the respect of all those who have seen him work with young athletes. A 20 year veteran of coaching in the highest levels of youth basketball, Brad brings with him a passion for youth sports training that is second to none.
AND FOR SATURDAY AFTERNOON SPEED AND AGILITY
MANNY ECONOMOS served as the Head Trainer of the Cleveland Crunch/Force Professional Indoor Soccer Team for 12 years and currently works as a Team Leader for Marymount Hospital Rehab Services and is a Certified Sports Trainer. Manny has been working closely with athlete's of all levels for the past 20 years.
PROGRAM COST
$30.00 per week plus tax*
*Weekly fees will be billed monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Billing authorization is required. Payments may be made via credit card or checking account.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may withdraw from the program at any time provided UXL Sports and Fitness is given 4 weeks written notice to cancel.
